Recent developments include increasing its stake in Oswal Agro Mills Limited to 9.98% through open market purchases totaling approximately ₹50.91 crore in 2025, enhancing promoter group control; appointment of Mr. Namit Gupta as additional non-executive independent director and remuneration increase for whole-time director Mrs. Aruna Oswal in March 2025; and reporting Q2 FY2025-26 net profit growth of 41% to strong revenue amid ongoing legal matters.
