In India, it targets capital market participants with its non-banking financial services across brokerage, investment management, and related advisory segments. Recent developments include the appointment of Tanuja Mantri as Chief Executive Officer effective August 18, 2025, succeeding Arun Kumar Mukherjee who resigned in August 2025; additionally, in November 2025, the company acquired a 0.23% stake in PCBL Chemical Limited for Rs 33.6 crore through warrant conversion, strengthening its promoter group position and supporting PCBL's debt repayment and working capital needs.
