Founded in 1983 in collaboration with Welko Industriale SpA of Italy and headquartered in Hyderabad, India, Regency Ceramics focuses on innovative, eco-friendly, and premium tile solutions blending art, technology, and sustainability through collaborations with international designers from Spain and top global design agencies. In 2024, the company announced and entered into a structured all-cash acquisition of Segno Ceramics Private Limited, taking over its 3.6 million square meter per annum facility spread over 50 acres in Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, on lease initially with plans to complete the takeover within 6-12 months to enhance production capacity, introduce premium products including glazed vitrified and polished vitrified tiles, strengthen market position, and target revenues of Rs 100 crore in the next calendar year.
