The company operates within the Samsons Group (also referred to as Natroyal Group) and maintains two manufacturing plants in Gujarat spanning 130 acres. In August 2024, Royal Cushion Vinyl Products Limited agreed to acquire Natroyal Industries Pvt Ltd, a coated fabrics and technical textiles producer with INR 1.15 billion in revenue for the period ended March 31, 2024, subject to regulatory, shareholder, and creditor approvals; recent board actions include approvals in December 2024 to borrow funds and in January 2025 for investments up to INR 15 crore, alongside a scheduled board meeting on November 14, 2025.
