Previously involved in soya processing as a contract processor for ITC and production of welding consumables, the company has shifted its focus to real estate leasing and rental activities in recent years. In March 2025, Sam Industries Limited announced the demise of Kishore Khanderao Kale, its Whole-Time Director, marking a significant leadership change.
