Incorporated in 1946 and headquartered at 1493 Sathyamangalam Road, Ganapathy Post, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, the company operates 94,000 spindles and 1,440 rotors across its facilities and exports products internationally since 1986. In recent developments, the company reported revenue of Rs 86.67 crore and profit of Rs 3.65 crore for the fiscal year ended March 2025, reflecting improved operational performance; it held its 78th annual general meeting on August 25, 2025, approving the audited financials and reappointing director P. Muthuswamy at Rs 70,000 per month effective September 27, 2025; and scheduled a board meeting on November 14, 2025, to consider unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025.
