Recent developments include securing multi-year orders worth approximately INR 475 crore through group joint ventures for gaskets, heat shields, chassis components, hoses, and anti-vibration products, with INR 75 crore allocated to the electric vehicle segment and INR 145 crore from exports primarily to Europe, alongside management changes such as the appointment of a new independent director, whole-time director, company secretary, and compliance officer in 2024-2025.
