Operating primarily under the brand name UTL Solar, the company serves residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural end markets. Its comprehensive product portfolio includes on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar power conditioning units (PCUs) and inverters, featuring proprietary lines such as Gamma Plus, Alfa Plus, Shamsi, and Heliac; high-efficiency solar photovoltaic (PV) modules, encompassing monocrystalline PERC, polycrystalline, bifacial, and N-type TOPCon panels; energy storage systems, comprising tubular lead-acid solar batteries, lithium-ion battery packs, inverter batteries, and electric vehicle (EV) batteries; maximum power point tracking (MPPT) and pulse-width modulation (PWM) solar charge controllers; solar management units (SMUs); solar water pumping systems; and integrated solar street lighting solutions. In addition to hardware manufacturing, the company provides turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, system integration, and after-sales maintenance support for distributed rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations. Founded in 1996, Fujiyama Power Systems Limited is headquartered in New Delhi, India, and operates manufacturing facilities located in Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh, and Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, supported by a pan-India sales and service network as well as export channels across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. In recent corporate and operational developments, the company listed its equity shares on the National Stock Exchange of India under the ticker UTLSOLAR to accelerate capacity expansion and enhance market liquidity. The company has also expanded its manufacturing infrastructure to incorporate high-efficiency N-type TOPCon module lines and dedicated lithium-ion battery pack assembly, while launching next-generation IoT-enabled hybrid inverters with cloud-based remote monitoring capabilities. Furthermore, Fujiyama Power Systems has strengthened its domestic distribution footprint through strategic retail partnerships and distributor tie-ups to capture rising demand under government-backed residential rooftop electrification programs, including the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.
