The company manufactures and supplies a comprehensive portfolio of cotton products, including carded and combed compact cotton yarn across counts ranging from Ne 16 to Ne 40 for weaving and knitting applications; ginned cotton bales processed from raw seed cotton; cotton seeds; and industrial textile by-products such as comber noil and yarn waste utilized in surgical, medical, and specialty paper manufacturing. Headquartered in Kadi, Gujarat, India, the company operates an integrated processing and manufacturing facility situated at Rangpurda in Kadi, Mahesana district, Gujarat, with an annual production capacity of approximately 4,551 metric tons of cotton yarn and 8,000 metric tons of cotton bales. The company serves textile mills and garment manufacturers across domestic Indian markets and exports products internationally to countries including Bangladesh, China, Vietnam, and South Africa. Founded in July 2015 as Vivekanand Cotspin LLP within the Vivekanand Group of Industries, the business underwent a corporate restructuring in August 2024 by converting into Vivekanand Cotspin Private Limited, followed by its conversion into a public entity as Vivekanand Cotspin Limited in December 2024. In September 2026, the company completed its initial public offering on the BSE SME platform, raising INR 22.20 crore to finance the acquisition of additional plant and machinery, support working capital requirements, and drive corporate expansion.
