It operates through the Specialty Chemicals-Adhesives segment and the Plywood Boards segment; targets industries such as plywood, footwear, automotive paints, and surface coatings; and exports to Asia including Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka; the Middle East including Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Yemen; and Africa including Ethiopia, Mozambique, Tanzania; from manufacturing facilities in Santej near Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, the company converted from Yug Adhesive Private Limited to Yug Decor Private Limited in 2004 and to public limited status in 2016, listing on the BSE SME platform in 2017. Recent developments include diversification into plywood boards manufacturing under Yug-Ply to leverage synergies with adhesives; a scheduled board meeting on November 27, 2025, to approve a rights issue of equity shares; another board meeting planned for December 3, 2025; resignation of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in September 2025; and an increase in authorized share capital as proposed in the 2023-24 annual report.
