Headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and founded in 2004 as a subsidiary of WABCO Asia Private Limited, it operates six manufacturing facilities, an advanced technology development center, a vehicle testing facility, and a nationwide aftermarket distribution network primarily serving the Indian commercial vehicle market with exports. Recent developments include securing a multi-year business nomination in April 2025 from a leading Indian commercial vehicle OEM for its AxTrax 2 electric axles targeted at medium-duty buses; winning a major contract in May 2025 for a new-generation 430mm heavy-duty clutch system; and ZF Group selling a 4.3% stake in November 2024 to enhance liquidity while retaining majority control, alongside introducing products such as doors with door control systems.
