Business
Bubs Australia Limited (ASX:BUB; OTC:BUBSF) produces premium infant nutrition and goat dairy products, including goat milk infant formulas, organic grass-fed cow milk infant formulas, A2 beta-casein protein milk infant formulas, organic baby food, cereals, toddler snacks, adult goat milk powder products, fresh dairy products and Vita Bubs vitamin and mineral supplements; the company also provides canning services for nutritional dairy products. Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Dandenong South, Australia, Bubs Australia operates as Australia's largest producer of infant and adult chilled and powdered goat dairy products, with sales through supermarkets and pharmacies in Australia as well as exports to the United States, China, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Vietnam and Japan. Subsidiaries include The Infant Food Holding Co. Pty Limited and The Infant Food Co. Pty Limited. In July 2025, Bubs Australia appoints Joe Coote, former CEO of US dairy cooperative Darigold, as its new Chief Executive Officer to drive US market expansion and permanent regulatory access anticipated later in 2025; the company reports FY2025 net revenue of A$102.5 million, up 29% from FY2024, with US revenue surging 52% to A$53.1 million, China revenue rising 22% via cross-border e-commerce and O2O channels, and Australia revenue increasing 8% to A$19.8 million. Bubs Australia advances its China reset strategy with upgraded formulations to national GB standards, new distributor partnerships in daigou and e-commerce channels, and premium product launches including goat milk, Supreme and Caprilac brands; it anticipates partial recovery of A$825,000 from a legal dispute with former customers by December 2025.
