Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Budapest, Hungary, the company operates across Hungary, Poland, Italy, and Spain through a combination of proprietary offices and franchised agency networks. In recent developments, the company changed its corporate name from Duna House Holding Nyrt. to DH Group Nyrt. in 2025 to reflect its ongoing transition into a diversified international financial services provider. The company expanded its presence in Spain by acquiring a 34% strategic stake in Spanish real estate network Donpiso across late 2025 and early 2026, creating a joint venture to deploy its Credipass financial intermediation operations in the Spanish market. Additionally, in 2026, DH Group broadened its Italian lending business by acquiring the salary-assigned loan (CQS) operations of Fincontatto Srl through its subsidiary Credipass S.r.l., alongside establishing cross-border partnerships to broaden real estate investment access into international markets such as Dubai.
