EA Bridgeway Ultra-Small Company Market ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term total return, principally through capital appreciation, by investing in common stocks of ultra-small U.S.-listed companies. The Fund, which trades on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker BUSM, generally invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in companies with market capitalizations below $1 billion at the time of purchase. Its principal offering is diversified equity-market exposure to the ultra-small-company segment of the U.S. market through exchange-traded shares that may be bought and sold through broker-dealers at market prices. The portfolio is constructed to maintain sector and size characteristics broadly similar to the smallest 10% of U.S.-listed stocks, while allowing the sub-adviser to exclude issuers considered likely to underperform; it may hold meaningful positions in particular economic sectors from time to time. The investment process incorporates material environmental, social and governance information, when available, alongside other security-selection considerations, but ESG factors are not determinative of investment decisions. The Fund is advised by Empowered Funds, LLC, doing business as EA Advisers, and sub-advised by Bridgeway Capital Management, LLC; it is managed by Bridgeway’s investment-management team, including John Montgomery, Elena Khoziaeva, Christine L. Wang and Andrew L. Berkin. BUSM principally serves U.S. retail and institutional investors seeking actively managed exposure to micro- and ultra-small-cap equities; it carries a 0.73% annual management fee and invests across industries, subject to the liquidity, volatility, market, sector, active-management and ETF trading risks associated with its strategy. The Fund traces its investment history to 1997 through the Ultra-Small Company Market Fund, a series of Bridgeway Funds, Inc. Its principal recent strategic change was the July 24, 2026 reorganization of that predecessor mutual fund into the ETF structure, following which BUSM began operating as the successor fund and was listed on Cboe BZX on July 27, 2026.
