Founded in 1922 and headquartered in Lima, Peru, the corporation operates as the authorized dealer for Caterpillar and other allied brands across Peru, Guatemala, El Salvador, Belize, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and the United States. The company organizes its business operations across five core divisions: Caterpillar Dealerships and Allied Brands in Peru; Caterpillar Dealerships and Allied Brands in Central America; Other Capital Goods and Services Subsidiaries in Peru; Other Subsidiaries Abroad; and Consumables and Industrial Supplies. Ferreycorp provides a comprehensive portfolio of products and solutions, including heavy earthmoving and mining equipment comprising hydraulic excavators, off-highway haul trucks, motor graders, wheel loaders, track-type tractors, draglines, and electric rope shovels; light machinery and compact construction equipment including mini-excavators, skid steer loaders, backhoe loaders, telehandlers, lighting towers, and aerial work platforms; power generation systems, marine propulsion engines, and industrial diesel and natural gas power plants; transport and automotive units such as commercial trucks, tractors, and bus chassis; specialized lifting and material handling equipment including mobile cranes, port machinery, and overhead cranes; agricultural tractors, harvesters, and implement attachments; industrial consumables and supplies comprising heavy-duty off-the-road (OTR) and commercial tires, industrial lubricants, filtration systems, safety and personal protective equipment (PPE), welding supplies, and chemical products; and specialized international freight forwarding, warehousing, and integrated supply chain management solutions. In addition, the company delivers integrated after-sales support services, including preventive and corrective maintenance; component rebuilding in specialized certified workshops (Centros de Reparacion de Componentes); predictive condition monitoring and fluid analysis; equipment rental fleets; certified used machinery sales; spare parts distribution through automated logistics centers and digital platforms; and fleet management systems, including autonomous haulage deployment and telemetry integration for large-scale mining operations. Ferreycorp distributes its product portfolio through an extensive network of specialized subsidiaries, including its flagship unit Ferreyros S.A. (principal Caterpillar dealer in Peru); Unimaq S.A. (light and compact equipment sales and rental); Soltrak S.A. (industrial consumables, tires, and safety solutions); Motored S.A. (transport equipment and automotive services); Orvisa S.A. (machinery distribution in the Peruvian Amazon region); Trex S.A. (crane and lifting solutions operating in Chile, Colombia, and Ecuador); Cresko S.A. (complementary capital goods and equipment); Forbis Logistics S.A. (supply chain and freight logistics based in Peru and the United States); Gentrac (Corporacion General de Tractores S.A. in Guatemala and General Equipment Company Ltd. in Belize); and Compania General de Equipos S.A. The group serves key economic sectors such as open-pit and underground mining, civil construction, infrastructure, agriculture, forestry, maritime, oil and gas, energy, and transportation. In recent developments, Ferreycorp has continued the execution of its multi-year strategic roadmap focused on digital transformation, operational efficiency, and expanding customer aftermarket support capabilities. The corporation achieved a historic consolidated revenue milestone surpassing USD 2.0 billion, driven by sustained parts and services demand across the Andean and Central American mining and infrastructure sectors. Operationally, the company has expanded its capital investment programs, allocating capital expenditures toward increasing the capacity of its component repair centers, modernizing workshop infrastructure, acquiring strategic real estate for machinery rental hubs, and expanding its dedicated rental machinery fleet. Ferreycorp has also accelerated the adoption of digital technologies, enhancing its e-commerce spare parts platform (Parts.Cat.Com), expanding real-time condition monitoring centers for connected fleets, and supporting major mining clients in the implementation and scaling of Caterpillar autonomous truck fleets in Peru. Furthermore, the company continues to execute public-private development initiatives under the Works for Taxes (Obras por Impuestos) framework in Peru and maintained international sustainability standing through its inclusion in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook.
