Business
Ceramica Carabobo, S.A.C.A. is a Venezuela-based industrial manufacturing company engaged in the production, distribution, and commercialization of ceramic coatings, refractory products, and architectural finishing materials. Founded in 1956 and headquartered in Valencia, Carabobo, the company operates primarily through its Ceramic Coatings and Refractory Materials divisions. Its product portfolio comprises glazed and unglazed ceramic floor and wall tiles; high-definition porcelain stoneware; decorative ceramic listellos, mosaics, and trim pieces; industrial refractory bricks, high-alumina shaped refractories, unshaped monolithic castables, and high-temperature mortars engineered for the metallurgical, steel, aluminum, cement, glass, and petrochemical industries; as well as specialized ceramic adhesives, grouts, and surface preparation compounds. Ceramica Carabobo markets its solutions to residential, commercial, and heavy industrial clients across Venezuela, while maintaining selective distribution networks in the Caribbean, Central America, and the Andean region. In recent operational developments, the company has upgraded its production lines with high-definition digital inkjet printing technology to expand its large-format tile and porcelain collections. To support ongoing manufacturing modernization and manage working capital requirements, Ceramica Carabobo has regularly issued authorized commercial paper and debt series on the Caracas Stock Exchange (Bolsa de Valores de Caracas), while optimizing energy efficiency and raw material sourcing across its industrial facilities.
