- Inversiones Centenario S.A.A. is a Peru-based real estate development and asset management company engaged in urban planning, property leasing, and real estate infrastructure across residential, corporate, industrial, and hospitality sectors. Founded in 1929 as La Inmobiliaria S.A. and headquartered in Lima, Peru, the company operates across major metropolitan and provincial markets including Lima, Callao, Trujillo, Ica, Tacna, Piura, Chiclayo, and Huancayo. Its core operations are structured into four primary business segments: Urban Development, Prime Offices, Industrial Real Estate, and Hospitality. The company provides a diversified range of products and services, including the acquisition, urban development, and commercialization of residential land lots with direct proprietary consumer financing; the development, leasing, and integrated property management of Class A and Prime corporate office buildings, featuring flagship assets such as the Centro Empresarial Real complex in San Isidro and the Centro de Negocios Cronos in Surco; the sale of master-planned industrial lots, customized build-to-suit industrial facilities, and logistics condominium storage units through its MacrOpolis industrial city project in Lurín; and the development and ownership of business hospitality properties through joint ventures, including hotel assets operated under the Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express brands in partnership with Grupo Agrisal through Grupo Censal S.A.C. Inversiones Centenario is backed by prominent Peruvian economic groups, including Grupo Romero, Grupo Verme, Credicorp, and Grupo Breca. In recent developments, the company executed a strategic portfolio realignment by completing the full divestment of its commercial retail division, selling 100% of Multimercados Zonales S.A.C., the operating company of the Minka commercial center, to Chilean real estate operator Parque Arauco for S/ 381 million in 2025. Concurrently, the company formed a strategic partnership with Grupo Campos to develop logistics warehousing and condominium storage facilities within its MacrOpolis industrial hub. To strengthen its financial structure and optimize capital allocation, Inversiones Centenario executed substantial liability management initiatives across 2025 and 2026, including more than S/ 260 million in debt prepayments and the closing of a S/ 250 million medium-term syndicated credit facility led by BCI Perú and BanBif in January 2026. The company is advancing an aggressive territorial expansion plan aimed at scaling its active residential urban development footprint to 24 projects by 2027 across central and northern Peru.
