Additionally, the company substantially increased its capital integration of its manufacturing subsidiary SOTUVER Glass Industries (SGI) toward full ownership to consolidate production capacity from its advanced Djebel Oust furnace facilities and executed multi-million-dinar capital expenditure programs focused on furnace rebuilds, technological modernization, and energy efficiency initiatives.
