In 2024, Zehnder Group acquired Spanish ventilation specialist Siber for EUR 86 million to strengthen its residential ventilation position in Southern Europe, particularly Spain and Portugal, where Siber provides complete systems for new-build apartments; it sold its non-core Climate Ceiling Solutions division and relocated radiator production from Switzerland to France while outsourcing in China. The company targets 5% annual sales growth and 9-11% EBIT margins through ventilation expansion, service enhancements, and North American leadership under new regional president Valentina Videva Dufresne from January 2025.
