Teucrium Corn Fund (BYMA: CORND; NYSE Arca: CORN) is an exchange-traded commodity pool designed to provide investors with direct, benchmark-driven exposure to the daily price movements of agricultural corn futures. Organized as a statutory series of the Teucrium Commodity Trust and managed by its sponsor, Teucrium Trading, LLC, the fund offers retail and institutional market participants access to the agricultural commodities market without the necessity of maintaining a separate commodity futures trading account. The fund operates primarily in the asset management and exchange-traded products industry, serving global institutional investors, wealth managers, and individual market participants seeking inflation hedging and portfolio diversification. Core product and service holdings encompass a diversified weighted portfolio of Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) corn futures contracts, structured systematically to mitigate the negative effects of contango and roll yield by holding 35% in the second-to-expire CBOT corn futures contract; 30% in the third-to-expire CBOT corn futures contract; 35% in the CBOT corn futures contract expiring in the December following the third-to-expire contract; and collateral investments consisting of cash, cash equivalents, and short-term United States Treasury obligations. Through its sponsor and related affiliate network, the broader operational umbrella offers agricultural exchange-traded commodity pools including the Teucrium Wheat Fund (WEAT), the Teucrium Soybean Fund (SOYB), the Teucrium Sugar Fund (CANE), and the Teucrium Agricultural Fund (TAGS); comprehensive exchange-traded fund launch, regulatory, and administrative infrastructure via the Teucrium ETF Solutions white-label platform; and registered investment advisory services through Teucrium Investment Advisors, LLC. The fund was launched in 2010 following the establishment of its sponsor in 2009 and is headquartered in Burlington, Vermont, with geographic market access spanning the United States and international markets, including depositary listing and trading in Latin America on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (BYMA). In recent major developments, the sponsor accelerated the expansion of its Teucrium ETF Solutions white-label advisory platform to onboard and manage specialized third-party fund managers and strategic partners. Concurrently, the firm streamlined its product suite through portfolio restructuring, which included the reorganization of the Hashdex Bitcoin Futures ETF into Tidal Commodities Trust I and the liquidation of the Teucrium AiLA Long-Short Base Metals Strategy ETF (OAIB), refocusing operational capital and resources on core agricultural benchmarks and institutional advisory growth.
