Corgi CAMT 2x Daily ETF (Cboe BZX: CAMC) is a non-diversified, actively managed exchange-traded fund series of Corgi ETF Trust I that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to two times the daily performance of the publicly traded common stock of Camtek Ltd. (NASDAQ: CAMT). The Fund provides leveraged, single-issuer exposure to Camtek, an Israel-based supplier of inspection and metrology equipment for semiconductor and advanced-packaging manufacturing. CAMC is designed principally for sophisticated investors seeking short-term trading exposure and does not seek to achieve its investment objective over periods exceeding one trading day; daily rebalancing and compounding may cause returns over longer periods to differ materially from twice Camtek’s cumulative return. The Fund obtains its targeted exposure primarily through total return swap agreements referencing Camtek shares and may hold cash, cash equivalents, U.S. Treasury money market instruments and other collateral or financial instruments. It charges a 0.45% annual expense ratio, is denominated in U.S. dollars, and trades on Cboe BZX Exchange. Corgi Strategies, LLC serves as investment adviser; Paralel Distributors LLC serves as distributor; U.S. Bank N.A. serves as custodian; and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services serves as administrator and transfer agent. Corgi ETF Trust I is a Delaware-incorporated investment company with a business address in Dover, Delaware. CAMC commenced operations on June 24, 2026. In June 2026, Corgi expanded its single-stock leveraged ETF platform through the launch and Cboe BZX listing of CAMC alongside a group of 14 other 2x daily single-stock ETFs, broadening the sponsor’s suite of leveraged products covering semiconductor, technology, consumer and industrial issuers.
