Business
CAM Group, Inc. (CAMG) designs, develops, manufactures, and sells aerospace and defense products, including propulsion systems for airframes, aircraft and drones, munitions, cyber products, and robotics; commercial satellites; and civil and military payloads on commercial spacecraft. The company also provides mission-critical solutions such as launch vehicle and space propulsion, guided tactical missile systems, hypersonics, missile defense, manned and unmanned aircraft systems, avionics, autonomy, mission systems, engineering services, next-generation munitions from small arms to advanced payloads, cybersecurity and cyber intelligence for regulatory compliance and threat detection, and adaptive robotic manufacturing for smart factory integration. CAM Group serves military defense, government, and commercial customers worldwide, with operations supporting national security in critical infrastructure protection, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance data analytics, and unmanned systems including counter-UAS robotics. Founded in 1995 and headquartered at 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 100, Austin, Texas, the company operates in ISO 9001/AS 9100 certified facilities and maintains a global presence, including plans for expansion into NATO countries. It trades on the OTC Markets under the ticker CAMG and focuses on the aerospace and defense sector, targeting markets in space propulsion, strategic missiles, tactical systems, and cyber defense. In recent developments, CAM Group appointed Rafael A. Pinedo as President and CEO, who has outlined a strategy for multiple major acquisitions in the United States and smaller acquisitions in NATO countries to enhance global reach within the defense spectrum. The company launched a Regulation A offering to raise capital for these acquisitions, cost-cutting measures, and business restructuring, while pursuing growth through business combinations such as with Technomeca Defense to strengthen NATO-focused solutions. These initiatives reflect a strategic shift toward scaling operations, improving financial position, and expanding product capabilities in high-demand areas like hypersonics and cyber resilience amid ongoing market opportunities in defense manufacturing.
