- Casa Minerals Inc. is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of precious- and base-metal properties in Canada and the United States. The Company’s principal assets comprise the Congress Gold Mine Project in the Martinez Mining District of Yavapai County, Arizona, in which it holds a 90% interest, and the Arsenault copper-gold-silver project in northern British Columbia near the Yukon border. Congress is an advanced exploration-stage historic gold mine targeting vein-hosted gold and associated silver and copper mineralization; Casa’s activities include compilation and validation of historical drilling data, geological and geophysical interpretation, target generation, confirmatory and systematic drilling, and resource-definition work intended to support NI 43-101-compliant mineral resource estimation. Arsenault is a volcanogenic massive sulphide exploration property prospective for copper, gold, silver, lead and zinc mineralization, where the Company conducts airborne and ground geophysical surveys, including induced-polarization work, mapping, sampling, target delineation and planned drilling. The Company also owns 100% interests in the Pitman and Paddy-Mac properties in British Columbia, including the Pitman silver-copper-molybdenum porphyry prospect and Paddy-Mac gold-quartz-vein and Dragon Tale silver-copper-zinc targets, although substantive further exploration spending on Pitman was not budgeted in its 2025 disclosures. Casa Minerals was incorporated in British Columbia and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. In 2026, the Company announced expanded exploration planning for Congress and Arsenault, including systematic drilling at Congress to advance historical and recent mineralization toward resource-definition standards and further geophysical targeting at Arsenault. It also received extensive historic drilling data for Congress and identified three priority exploration zones ahead of the 2026 drilling season. In September 2026, Casa proposed a non-brokered private placement of up to C$4.0 million, consisting of flow-through and non-flow-through units, with proceeds intended principally for property exploration and working capital. The Company filed its delayed 2025 annual disclosures and first-quarter 2026 financial statements during 2026 and anticipated revocation of the related management cease-trade order; it also changed auditors to DMCL LLP, engaged Independent Trading Group for market-making services and reported C$432,777 in proceeds from warrant exercises.
