Calamos Bitcoin 90 Series Structured Alt Protection ETF – April is an actively managed exchange-traded fund sponsored by Calamos Advisors LLC that seeks to provide investors with exposure to the positive price performance of the CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate – New York Variant, representing spot bitcoin, up to a predefined upside cap while limiting losses to 10% over approximately one-year outcome periods, before fees and expenses. The Fund employs a structured options-based investment strategy designed to deliver 90% downside protection from declines between 10% and 100% in the reference asset when shares are purchased at the beginning of, and held through, the applicable outcome period; investors remain subject to the Fund’s stated cap on appreciation, fees and expenses, secondary-market trading effects, and risks associated with bitcoin, derivatives, option pricing and non-diversification. Its products and services consist principally of exchange-traded exposure to bitcoin with defined-return parameters; an annually reset outcome-period strategy; capped upside participation in spot bitcoin price appreciation; 10% maximum-loss protection during the outcome period; and publicly traded ETF shares listed on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker CBXA. The Fund launched on April 7, 2025, carries a 0.69% annual expense ratio, and is part of Calamos Investments’ structured protection ETF platform, which provides outcome-oriented strategies linked to bitcoin and major equity benchmarks. In its most recent reset, Calamos established the April 2026–April 2027 CBXA outcome period with a 23.12% initial cap rate, gross of the annual expense ratio, and updated the Fund’s reference asset to the CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate – New York Variant.
