Business
Core Silver Corp. (CSE:CC), formerly Core Assets Corp., acquires, explores for, develops and evaluates mineral resource properties in Canada, focusing on critical metals including silver, copper, lead, zinc, molybdenum and gold; its flagship Blue Property spans 114,074 hectares in British Columbia's Atlin Mining District, encompassing the Silver Lime Porphyry-Skarn-Carbonate Replacement Deposit project with high-grade surficial expressions of copper, molybdenum, silver, zinc, lead and gold mineralization, alongside the adjacent drill-ready Laverdiere Copper Project featuring Cu-Mo-Ag-Au porphyry systems and high-grade Fe-Cu-Au-Ag massive sulphide skarn. The Vancouver-headquartered company, incorporated in 2016, operates exclusively in British Columbia within the unceded territory of the Taku River Tlingit First Nation and the Carcross/Tagish First Nation, targeting industrial demand drivers in green technology, clean energy, artificial intelligence and defense applications for silver and copper. In May 2025, the company undergoes a 10:1 share consolidation, rebrands to Core Silver Corp. and completes a C$1.8 million non-brokered private placement of non-flow-through, flow-through and charity flow-through units to fund exploration initiatives.
