- C C Land Holdings Limited C C Land Holdings Limited (HKSE:1224), an investment holding company incorporated in 1998 and headquartered at 25/F, China Resources Building, 26 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong, with its registered office in Hamilton, Bermuda, principally engages in property development and investment; treasury investments, including securities, notes receivable and financial services; money lending; and corporate management services. The company operates through two main segments: Property Development and Investment, which focuses on developing and holding residential, commercial, office, retail and hotel properties; and Treasury Investment, which involves investments in listed equity securities, unlisted funds and provision of financial services, generating the majority of its revenue from the United Kingdom followed by Hong Kong and minimal contributions from Mainland China. Its property portfolio includes prime Grade A investment properties such as The Leadenhall Building, a 225-metre skyscraper with 610,000 sqf of office and retail space in Central London fully leased to international insurance companies, financial institutions and professional services firms; and One Kingdom Street, offering 265,000 sqf of refurbished Grade A office space in Paddington Central with 89% occupancy. Geographically, the Group maintains development and investment projects in the United Kingdom (primarily London), Hong Kong and Mainland China (key cities including Chongqing, Jiangsu Yancheng and Guangdong Jiangmen); through joint ventures, it holds interests in major developments like Thames City (50% interest, a mixed-use project with 1,500 luxury residential units across Phases I-III, Phase II construction commencing in early 2025); The Whiteley (47% interest, 603,000 sqf mixed-use redevelopment including 139 residential apartments and a 109-room Six Senses hotel, with practical completion in second half of 2025 and 99 units presold for GBP651 million); Harbourside HQ (25% interest, 795,000 sqf Grade A office in Kai Tak); No. 15 Shouson (42% interest, 15 luxury villas in Hong Kong with four sold in 2024 for HK$2.4 billion); Kowloon Bay International Trade & Exhibition Centre (15% effective interest, awaiting redevelopment approval granted July 2025); and residential-commercial projects in Mainland China with attributable potential of 6.8 million sqf.
