Roundhill MLCC & Electronic Components ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund offered as a series of Roundhill ETF Trust and advised by Roundhill Investments, an SEC-registered investment adviser founded in 2018 and headquartered in New York, New York. The Fund seeks to provide targeted, pure-play equity exposure to global companies involved in the design, development, manufacture, commercialization or enabling of multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) and related electronic-component technologies, including passive components; advanced package substrates; advanced semiconductor packaging and assembly technologies; outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services; advanced printed circuit boards and high-speed circuit-board materials; silicon and glass interposers; through-silicon vias; and related packaging materials, equipment and enabling components used to place or embed MLCCs in package substrates and printed circuit boards. The Fund principally targets companies with meaningful revenue exposure to these technologies, with particular emphasis on MLCC manufacturers and other electronic-component suppliers supporting artificial-intelligence infrastructure, high-performance computing, data-center systems, consumer electronics, automotive electronics and other power-management applications. Its investment universe includes issuers listed globally, notably in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and China, providing U.S. investors access to manufacturers that may not be listed on U.S. exchanges. Roundhill Investments markets thematic, income, tax-efficient core, leveraged and WeeklyPay exchange-traded funds to retail and institutional investors through brokerages and other investment platforms. The Fund launched and began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker CCML on September 9, 2026, with a 0.65% expense ratio and an active-management approach. The launch represents Roundhill’s recent expansion of its thematic ETF platform into the MLCC and electronic-components supply chain, positioning CCML as a concentrated vehicle for exposure to global capacitor and advanced-electronics producers benefiting from demand associated with AI hardware and related computing infrastructure.
