Corgi 0-5 Year High Yield Corporate Bond ETF is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide investment results corresponding, before fees and expenses, to the FTSE US High-Yield Market 0-5 Years 2% Capped Index. The Fund invests principally in a representative sample of U.S. dollar-denominated below-investment-grade corporate bonds issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, generally with remaining maturities of zero to five years; its portfolio provides short-dated high-yield corporate-credit exposure across issuers and industries, subject to a 2% per-issuer concentration cap. The Fund offers investors exchange-traded access to high-yield, or “junk,” corporate debt, seeks to limit interest-rate sensitivity through its shorter maturity focus, and makes monthly distributions; however, its investments remain subject to credit, default, liquidity, call, interest-rate and market risks. Corgi Strategies, LLC serves as investment adviser, Paralel Distributors, LLC serves as distributor, and the Fund is organized in the United States under Corgi ETF Trust I. CHYG has an annual expense ratio of 0.15% and trades on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker symbol CHYG. The Fund was formed and commenced operations in June 2026. Its most significant recent development is its June 2026 launch and exchange listing as part of Corgi’s suite of six fixed-income ETFs, expanding the sponsor’s ETF lineup with a short-duration high-yield corporate-bond strategy.
