Corgi U.S. Equities 15% Structured Buffer ETF – July Series is an actively managed exchange-traded fund of Corgi ETF Trust I that seeks to provide investors with exposure to the price return, excluding dividends, of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, up to a predetermined upside cap, while buffering the first 15% of SPY losses over each annual outcome period. The Fund primarily employs a portfolio of FLEXible Exchange Options on SPY, including purchased and written call and put options, together with cash and cash equivalents, and normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in investments providing SPY exposure. Its principal offering is a structured-outcome equity strategy designed for investors seeking capped participation in U.S. large-cap equity-market appreciation alongside defined downside protection; shares are issued and redeemed at net asset value in Creation Units and trade on the secondary market under ticker CJUL. The July Series’ current outcome period runs from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 and has a 14.00% upside cap before fees and expenses; the cap and buffer are reset annually, and investors purchasing or selling shares outside the full outcome period may realize outcomes materially different from the stated buffer and cap. Corgi Strategies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company founded in July 2025 and registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser, serves as the Fund’s investment adviser and provides discretionary investment-management services to exchange-traded funds. The adviser is headquartered at 425 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, California. CJUL was newly listed on Cboe BZX on July 2, 2026, representing Corgi’s recent expansion of its structured-buffer ETF lineup; as a newly organized fund, it has limited operating and performance history.
