Corgi U.S. Equities 15% Structured Buffer ETF – June Series is a U.S.-domiciled, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide investors with returns generally corresponding to the price return, excluding dividends, of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, up to a predetermined annual upside cap, while buffering the first 15% of losses in the underlying ETF during each annual outcome period. The fund is actively managed by Corgi Strategies, LLC and issued within the Corgi Funds family. It primarily invests at least 80% of net assets in FLEX Options on the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, including customized exchange-traded call and put options designed to establish capped equity-market participation and downside protection; it may also hold cash, cash equivalents and other instruments ancillary to its options strategy. The fund provides exposure to U.S. large-cap equity-market performance across diversified sectors through SPY, with its economic exposure principally concentrated in North American equities. CJUN targets investors seeking defined-outcome equity exposure, including participation in potential S&P 500 gains subject to a cap and protection against the initial portion of specified losses, rather than direct ownership of the underlying ETF or its dividend distributions. The June Series resets its FLEX Options portfolio and establishes a new upside cap and 15% buffer annually on or around June 1, with each outcome period generally running from June 1 through May 31 of the following year; returns realized by investors purchasing or selling shares during an outcome period may differ materially from the stated buffer and cap. Launched on June 1, 2026, CJUN is listed on Cboe BZX and charges a net annual expense ratio of 0.30%. Its principal recent strategic development is its 2026 launch as part of Corgi Funds’ U.S. Equities 15% Structured Buffer ETF series, extending the sponsor’s lineup of annually resetting, defined-outcome ETFs that use FLEX Options to provide buffered exposure to SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust price performance.
