- Crossmark ETF Trust – Crossmark Large Cap Growth ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing principally in U.S. large-cap growth companies. The fund, which trades on NYSE Arca under the ticker CLCG, is advised by Crossmark Global Investments Inc., a Houston, Texas-based values-based investment manager. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of companies represented in the Russell 1000 Growth Index, while applying Crossmark’s inclusionary and exclusionary values-based investment screens. The portfolio provides exposure to growth-oriented common stocks across information technology; communication services; financial services; health care; consumer discretionary; industrials; and other sectors, with investments selected through fundamental research rather than replication of a specific index. CLCG is marketed to retail and institutional investors seeking transparent, exchange-traded access to an actively managed, values-screened large-cap U.S. growth equity strategy. The fund was launched on July 22, 2025, alongside the Crossmark Large Cap Value ETF, representing Crossmark Global Investments’ entry into the actively managed ETF market and an expansion of its values-based investment offerings into the ETF structure. The strategy is managed by Crossmark Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer Bob Doll, CFA, with Ryan Caylor, CFA, Head of Research and Portfolio Manager, serving as co-manager.
