Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) (TSX: CM; NYSE: CM) is a leading North American financial institution that provides a full range of retail, business, commercial, wealth management and capital markets products and services to personal, business, public sector and institutional clients. The bank operates through four strategic business units: Canadian Personal and Business Banking, which offers everyday banking solutions including chequing and savings accounts, mortgages, personal loans, lines of credit, credit cards and digital banking platforms; Canadian Commercial Banking and Wealth Management, which delivers lending, cash management, trade finance, investment management, mutual funds, retirement planning, private banking, estate planning and trust services; U.S. Commercial Banking and Wealth Management, which provides corporate lending, treasury management and specialized financing to mid-market companies primarily in the United States; and Capital Markets, which includes investment banking, corporate finance, sales and trading, research and global transaction services.
