In recent developments, Conifer Holdings sold its wholesale agency business in 2021, divested its Conifer Insurance Services specialty commercial managing general agency unit to Bishop Street Underwriters in September 2024 generating a substantial gain that drove 2024 net income to profitability, and rebranded as Presurance Holdings, Inc. effective September 30, 2025 with common stock trading under ticker PRHI and senior notes under PRHIZ while retaining existing CUSIP numbers and continuing emphasis on balance sheet strengthening.
