- Investment Managers Series Trust II – Tradr 2X Long CORZ Daily ETF is a U.S.-domiciled, actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks, before fees and expenses, to provide daily investment results equal to 200% of the daily performance of the common stock of Core Scientific, Inc. (Nasdaq: CORZ). The Fund, which trades under the ticker COZX and is listed on Cboe, provides a single-stock leveraged long exposure vehicle for sophisticated investors and professional traders seeking tactical exposure to Core Scientific’s daily share-price movements. It was established as a separate series of Investment Managers Series Trust II, a Delaware statutory trust, and commenced trading on November 5, 2025, following an inception date of November 4, 2025. The Trust is associated with Milwaukee, Wisconsin, while Tradr ETFs operates from New York, New York.
The Fund’s principal investment strategy consists of obtaining leveraged exposure to CORZ through total-return swaps with major global financial institutions; exchange-traded call options, including FLEX Options; other option combinations, including long-call and short-put strategies; and, where appropriate, direct investments in CORZ common shares. Under normal market conditions, COZX maintains at least 80% exposure to financial instruments designed to provide two-times daily leveraged exposure to CORZ and rebalances its portfolio daily to target that exposure. The Fund may also hold collateral investments, including U.S. Treasury bills, notes and bonds; money market funds; short-term bond ETFs; commercial paper; and other investment-grade or comparable-quality short-term corporate debt securities. COZX is non-diversified and concentrates its investments in the industry assigned to Core Scientific; it does not seek to deliver twice CORZ’s performance over periods longer than one trading day.
COZX’s underlying reference company, Core Scientific, designs, builds and operates digital infrastructure for high-density colocation services, bitcoin mining and high-performance-computing data-center customers. Accordingly, the Fund provides indirect exposure to themes including AI computing infrastructure, data centers, digital-asset mining, power-intensive computing and related technology services, although Core Scientific is not affiliated with the Trust, the Fund, Tradr ETFs or the investment adviser and has no involvement in the Fund’s offering. The Fund’s annual management fee is 1.30%, excluding brokerage commissions, swap-related embedded costs and other transaction-related expenses.
The Fund represents a recent strategic expansion of the Tradr ETFs leveraged and inverse ETF platform. Tradr launched COZX on November 5, 2025 as the first single-stock leveraged ETF linked to Core Scientific and positioned it within its AI-infrastructure-focused product suite, which also includes leveraged exposure products tied to CoreWeave, Nebius, CleanSpark, Applied Digital, IREN and TeraWulf. The launch followed the termination of CoreWeave’s proposed all-stock acquisition of Core Scientific and reflected Tradr’s strategy of expanding specialized, short-term leveraged trading products for actively traded companies associated with AI infrastructure, data-center capacity and digital assets.
