The company hosts concerts, hip-hop events including stage plays, dance competitions, cultural and musical festivals, promotional parties and hip-hop related online programs; offers event planning and execution services encompassing communication, planning, design, production, reception, execution and analysis for clients in advertising, media, consumer goods, real estate, tourism, entertainment, technology, e-commerce, education and sports; delivers marketing services such as brand promotion with trademark and logo design, visual identity system design, brand positioning and personality design, digital solutions; and provides other services including digital collection sales, music recording, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) software and advertisement distribution. Incorporated in 2020 and headquartered in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China, with operations primarily in China and a subsidiary of Joya Enterprises Limited, the company targets corporate clients and youth audiences across online and offline platforms in the entertainment and communication services sector. Recent developments include a strategic partnership with Xiamen Fu Xiang Culture Communication Co., Ltd in October 2025 to co-build the Two Sides Greater Bay Area Hualiu Music, Film and Television Cultural Center promoting cross-strait cultural exchange; a July 2025 alliance with Macau Platinum for investing in Chinese short drama production and global distribution; acquisition of 98% of Yi Caishen (Xiamen) Trading Co., Ltd in July 2024; partnerships with Ciwen Media for Chinese Wave artist tours starting August 2025 and expansion into Web3 with a $33 million Bitcoin investment establishing a cryptocurrency fund pool; a $10 million registered direct offering closed in September 2025; board changes in November 2025 with new independent director Manxin Huang; and organizational upgrades expanding to regional operations across Northeast, North, Central, East and South China, alongside FY2025 revenue surpassing $107 million, up 127% year-over-year.
