Crossroads Gold Corp. is a Canada-headquartered mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of gold properties in southeastern Australia. Crossroads Gold targets exploration-stage gold opportunities in the Bendigo Zone and other prospective Australian gold districts, with operations in Victoria and New South Wales and corporate headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Company was incorporated in 2014 and is backed by the Fiore Group, a natural-resources-focused investment group. In February 2026, the Company, formerly Northern Silicon International Inc., completed the acquisition of the Steiglitz Gold Project and changed its name to Crossroads Gold Corp. in connection with its go-public transaction; it also completed a brokered private placement of 26.215 million subscription receipts at C$0.20 per receipt for gross proceeds of approximately C$5.24 million, led by Red Cloud Securities Inc. In May 2026, Crossroads completed the acquisition of Rox-ex Pty Ltd., obtaining 100% ownership of the Pambula and Club Terrace projects; consideration included C$50,000 paid on signing, 2.0 million Crossroads common shares, deferred cash payments totaling C$200,000 and a 2.0% net smelter returns royalty, which the Company may repurchase for C$2.0 million.
