Corgi CRUS 2x Daily ETF is a non-diversified, actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to two times the daily performance of the common stock of Cirrus Logic, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRUS). The Fund provides single-stock leveraged exposure to Cirrus Logic through total return swaps and other financial instruments, with at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, ordinarily invested in instruments designed to provide approximately 2x daily exposure; collateral and liquidity management may include cash, cash equivalents, money market instruments and U.S. Treasury-related investments. The Fund resets its leverage daily and is intended to achieve its objective for a single trading day only; returns over longer periods may differ materially from twice the cumulative return of Cirrus Logic due to daily compounding and volatility. The Fund is designed primarily for sophisticated, actively monitoring investors seeking short-term leveraged exposure to the U.S. semiconductor sector and is not affiliated with Cirrus Logic or its affiliates. Corgi CRUS 2x Daily ETF is a series of Corgi ETF Trust I, is advised by Corgi Strategies, LLC, distributed by Paralel Distributors LLC, custodied by U.S. Bank N.A., and administered and transferred by U.S. Bancorp Fund Services. Corgi Strategies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and SEC-registered investment adviser founded in July 2025, is headquartered in San Francisco, California. The Fund launched and began trading on Cboe BZX on June 24, 2026, under ticker CRUC, representing Corgi’s expansion of its single-stock leveraged ETF offerings; as part of its launch, the Fund introduced a swap-based structure providing 2x daily exposure to Cirrus Logic shares, a 0.45% expense ratio and brokerage-based access without requiring investors to establish margin borrowing arrangements.
