In September 2025, Ambeon Capital acquired a 51.03 percent controlling interest in Myland Developments PLC, substantially expanding its real estate development and land sales operations. In addition, the group secured a strategic equity stake in mineral sands development firm Capital Metals PLC to diversify into industrial resources.
