- Delta Holding SA is a diversified industrial conglomerate headquartered in Skhirat, Morocco, engaged in infrastructure development, metallurgy, water and environmental engineering, and parachemistry. Founded in 1974 and listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange under the ticker DHO, the company operates through a network of more than thirty subsidiaries across Morocco, West Africa, and Europe. The company conducts its operations across four primary business segments: Infrastructure, Metallurgy, Water and Environment, and Parachemistry. The Infrastructure division provides heavy civil engineering and construction services for motorways, roadways, port facilities, airport runways, and logistics platforms; manufacturing and installation of horizontal and vertical road signage, road restraint systems, metallic crash barriers, and acoustic screens; installation and maintenance of electronic toll collection systems, traffic control devices, and public lighting masts; and asphalt paving and road maintenance services. The Metallurgy division provides structural steel fabrication, precision sheet metal work, boiler making, and mechanical engineering; production of aluminum extrusion profiles, structural components, and industrial piping; hot-dip galvanization and industrial surface protection services; and manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of electromechanical and hydromechanical equipment for dams, ports, and industrial plants through subsidiaries such as Ateliers Industriels Cherifiens, Galvacier, and Fonex Aluminium. The Water and Environment division provides turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction services for potable water production, purification, desalination, and water conveyance infrastructure; construction of municipal wastewater treatment plants, sanitation networks, pumping stations, and industrial wastewater treatment facilities; and development of agricultural irrigation networks and water transport conduits via subsidiaries including Omnium Maghrebin des Conduites d Eau and Industries Hydrauliques et Mecaniques. The Parachemistry division produces and distributes industrial and medical gases; distills and refines agricultural and industrial ethanol; manufactures road marking paints, architectural coatings, and industrial paints; and extracts, processes, and exports rock salt and de-icing salt through operating entities such as Ethanol, Chroma Color, Oxair, and Societe de Sel de Mohammedia. In recent strategic developments, Delta Holding completed the divestiture of its 53.5 percent majority equity stake in French road signaling subsidiary ISOSIGN to Alizon Participations in 2024, enabling the group to monetize mature European assets and refocus resources on core African operations. Concurrently, the group achieved substantial balance sheet optimization through a decisive debt-reduction program, reducing consolidated net debt by approximately 90 percent to strengthen liquidity and expand financing capacity for major upcoming national transport infrastructure, hydraulic development, and water security projects across Morocco and neighboring regional markets.
