CSE Global Limited, an investment holding company listed on the Singapore Exchange (ticker: 544.SI; OTC: CSYJY), provides integrated systems integration services focused on industrial automation, information technology, intelligent transport solutions, electrification, communications, and engineering across multiple sectors including energy (oil and gas, power), chemicals/petrochemicals, utilities, water and wastewater, mining, transportation, healthcare, environmental services, and public infrastructure. The company designs, engineers, installs, and maintains process control systems, safety shutdown and fire/gas detection, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), wellhead and subsea controls, process skids, real-time information systems, intelligent transport systems; two-way radio communications, fiber optic and microwave radio networks, conventional/trunked radio, public address and general alarm systems; VSAT satellite communications, telephone/local/wide area networks, SCADA/telemetry networks; CCTV, access control, and flight information display systems (FIDS); multiple hearth furnaces, rotary kiln/fluid bed incinerators, carbon/energy recovery systems; electric vehicle charging infrastructure, renewable energy solutions, utility management systems; e-business integration, research and development, computer system integration, electrical control/computer systems, infrastructure engineering, process plant/environmental engineering, panel fabrication, turnkey/telecommunication solutions, security systems, project management, and high-temperature thermal process/incineration systems. Founded in 1985 and headquartered at 202 Bedok South Avenue 1, Building C, No. 01-21, Singapore 469332, CSE Global operates through approximately 61 offices in 16 countries spanning the Asia Pacific (Singapore, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam), Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Africa, serving large government organizations, renowned brands, and multinational clients with a workforce exceeding 2,000 employees and long-standing relationships where about 90% of customers are recurring. Recent developments include the February 2024 acquisition by subsidiary CSE Uniserve of Queensland-based Linked Group Services to expand renewable energy capabilities, sustainable power solutions, and energy diversification in Australia and New Zealand, enhancing offerings in fabrication, remote power systems, and carbon footprint reduction while aligning with global sustainability goals; additionally, the company maintains a robust order book supported by resilient revenue streams, primarily from recurring flow business, and proposes issuance of 62.97 million new warrants to Amazon NV Investment Holdings LLC for gross proceeds of approximately $48.3 million to bolster financial flexibility.
