Corgi ETF Trust I – Corgi U.S. Equities 30% Structured Buffer ETF – July Series (Cboe BZX: CTJL) is a U.S.-domiciled, actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide investors with participation in the price return, excluding dividends, of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, subject to a predetermined upside cap, while seeking to buffer specified losses during an approximately one-year outcome period. The Fund obtains exposure principally through FLEXible Exchange Options on SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, and, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in investments providing such exposure. CTJL’s initial outcome period runs from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; for that period, the Fund seeks to match SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust price performance up to a 14.30% gross cap, or 14.00% net of the unitary management fee, while providing a 30% deep buffer for reference-ETF losses between 5% and 35%. The Fund does not provide principal protection, limits upside participation at its cap, excludes dividend returns from its objective, and may expose shareholders to losses for declines outside the specified buffer range or where shares are acquired or sold other than over the full outcome period. Corgi Strategies, LLC serves as investment adviser, and Paralel Distributors, LLC serves as distributor. The Fund charges a 0.40% gross annual expense ratio and a 0.30% net annual expense ratio, reflecting a 0.10% contractual advisory-fee waiver. CTJL commenced operations and listed on Cboe BZX on July 2, 2026, as part of Corgi’s July 2026 launch of nine July Series structured buffer ETFs and a broader 24-ETF rollout that also included leveraged daily funds. Corgi, founded in 2025 and based in New York, operates as an AI financial-infrastructure company offering insurance- and finance-related products; its structured-buffer ETF lineup provides defined-outcome exposure across U.S. equities, growth and technology, U.S. small-cap equities, international developed equities and emerging-market equities.
