- Investment Managers Series Trust II – Tradr 2X Long CRWV Daily ETF is a United States-domiciled, actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, equal to 200% of the daily performance of the common stock of CoreWeave, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWV). The Fund offers leveraged, single-stock exposure to CoreWeave through financial instruments including total-return swaps, listed options and, when appropriate, direct investments in CRWV common shares; it generally maintains at least 80% exposure to instruments designed to provide two-times daily leveraged exposure to CRWV and may hold cash, U.S. government securities, money-market instruments and other collateral-related investments. The Fund is intended for investors seeking tactical daily exposure to CoreWeave, an artificial-intelligence cloud-infrastructure company, and does not seek to provide two-times CoreWeave’s performance over periods longer or shorter than a single trading day because compounded returns may differ materially from its stated daily objective. The Fund was formed and commenced trading on July 10, 2025, under the ticker CWVX, and is part of the Tradr ETFs family within Investment Managers Series Trust II.
