In recent developments, FibraHotel entered a joint venture with Fibra Danhos and Beyond Ventures, partnering with Marriott International to develop The Ritz-Carlton Cancun Punta Nizuc—a 131-key luxury hotel and 126 branded residences in a LEED-certified project slated for future opening—marking an expansion into upscale hospitality while balancing its portfolio through rebranding and upmarket developments.
