Innovator ETFs Trust – Innovator Equity Dual Directional 15 Buffer ETF – May is a U.S.-domiciled exchange-traded fund designed to seek positive returns during both rising equity markets and certain declining equity markets over annually reset outcome periods. Trading on Cboe BZX under the ticker DDFY, the fund provides defined-outcome exposure to the price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust through a portfolio of exchange-traded FLEX Options and related investments. Its strategy is structured to provide a stated upside cap in a rising market, an inverse-return cap in a declining market, and a 15% buffer against losses over the applicable outcome period, before fees and expenses. The fund’s May 2026 series has an outcome period from May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027, with a starting upside cap of 10.49%, a starting inverse cap of 15%, and a 15% downside buffer; it resets annually and may be held across successive outcome periods. DDFY primarily serves financial advisers, wealth managers, institutions and self-directed investors seeking packaged risk-managed U.S. equity exposure, portfolio hedging characteristics or defined return parameters. The fund charges a 0.79% expense ratio. DDFY was launched on April 30, 2026, representing an expansion of Innovator’s Dual Directional Buffer ETF platform, which was introduced in July 2025 as an industry-first series intended to provide limited positive-return potential in both positive and negative equity-market environments. Innovator Capital Management, the investment manager associated with the Innovator ETF platform, became part of Goldman Sachs following Goldman Sachs’ completion of its acquisition in April 2026, integrating Innovator’s defined-outcome ETF capabilities into Goldman Sachs’ asset and wealth management operations.
