Aker BP extended its Intervention and Stimulation Alliance with SLB and Stimwell Services for five additional years; received 19 new exploration licences (16 as operator) in the APA 2024 licensing round; completed refinancing of revolving credit facilities and a $1,000 million 5.250% Senior Notes offering due 2035; and advanced major projects on schedule amid a NOK 288 billion gross investment portfolio. These initiatives support production growth from 2027, bolstered by digitalisation via the Eureka programme and Cognite Data Fusion platform, alongside AI-driven master data management launched in 2024 with Profisee and Microsoft. Aker BP trades on the Oslo Stock Exchange under ticker AKRBP and OTC markets as DETNF/AKRBF.
