Business
Carlyle Commodities Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties focused on gold, silver and base metals in Canada. The company holds 100% interest in the Quesnel Gold Project comprising 1,607 hectares in British Columbia and an option to earn 100% interest in the Nicola East Gold-Copper Project near Merritt, British Columbia; it recently sold its Newton Gold-Silver Project covering 24,000 hectares in the Clinton Mining Division of British Columbia to Axcap Ventures Inc. Operations target junior mining explorers and investors in the precious and base metals sectors across western Canada. Incorporated in 2017 and headquartered at 1111 West Hastings Street in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, the company formerly operated as Delrey Metals Corp. prior to its name change in February 2020. In December 2024, Carlyle completed the acquisition of Miramis Mining Corp. through amalgamation, securing full ownership of the Quesnel Gold Project and the option on Nicola East following shareholder approval; it also conducted its inaugural field exploration program at Quesnel and filed an NI 43-101 technical report in late 2024, while issuing shares for finders' fees and engaging marketing services in 2025.
