WisdomTree New Economy Real Estate ETF (DRW) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree New Economy Real Estate Index. The fund provides targeted exposure to global real estate companies with business activities linked to technology, science, and e-commerce, including data centers, cell towers, life sciences laboratories, last-mile distribution facilities, cold storage, telecommunication towers, modern logistics, healthcare facilities, high-performance computing, and blockchain-enabled infrastructure; it holds approximately 173 securities with significant allocations to the United States (69%), Australia (10%), Singapore (5%), Spain (4%), and the United Kingdom (3%). DRW changed its investment objective and strategy effective April 10, 2025, shifting from tracking the CenterSquare New Economy Real Estate Index to the WisdomTree New Economy Real Estate Index, while maintaining its focus on thematic real estate exposures. Issuer WisdomTree, Inc., founded in 2005 and headquartered in New York, New York, operates globally with offices in London, Dublin, Milan, Toronto, and other financial centers across North America, Europe, and Asia, managing over $109 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2024 across a broad suite of exchange-traded products. In July 2025, WisdomTree announced the acquisition of Ceres Partners, a U.S. farmland investment manager, which was completed in October 2025 for $275 million upfront plus potential earnouts, marking the firm's entry into private asset markets with $1.85 billion in farmland assets across 545 properties in 12 U.S. states.
