In October 2025, SRV Yhtiöt Oyj signed an agreement to sell its wholly-owned subsidiary SRV Infra Oy, which specializes in underground rock construction, foundations and special foundations with 2024 revenue of EUR 52.2 million, to Kreate Oy for an enterprise value of approximately EUR 30 million, subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close by year-end; this divestiture strengthens the company's balance sheet to support growth in self-developed housing and commercial projects while maintaining a long-term framework agreement with Kreate for collaborative infrastructure and building works. Earlier in 2025 on November 5, SRV Yhtiöt Oyj announced updated long-term financial objectives while keeping its core strategy unchanged, reflecting ongoing balance sheet improvements including the SRV Infra transaction; the company was also proposed in September 2025 as project management contractor for the final phase of the Tays hospital renewal program.
