Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (DUSIT.BK) is a Thailand-based hospitality group that owns, operates, and manages hotels, resorts, and luxury villas; provides hospitality education through culinary schools and colleges; engages in food production and distribution including healthy food restaurants, bakery, and franchise operations; develops real estate projects such as branded condominiums and mixed-use developments; and offers hospitality-related services including REIT management, property leasing, and on-demand services. The company operates under brands including Devarana Dusit Retreats (wellness luxury retreats), Dusit Thani (upmarket full-service hotels), Dusit Suites (luxurious suites for families and extended stays), Dusit Collection (bespoke luxury properties with unique stories), dusitD2 (contemporary upscale hotels), Dusit Princess (mid-market practical hotels), ASAI Hotels (lean luxury lifestyle hotels for millennials), and Elite Havens (high-end luxury villa rentals); its portfolio spans more than 300 properties with 12,909 keys across 18 countries in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond, targeting leisure, business, and wellness travelers. Founded in 1948 and headquartered at 319 Chamchuri Square Building in Bangkok, Thailand, Dusit Thani employs approximately 3,757 people and maintains a presence primarily in Southeast Asia with international expansion. In recent developments, the company reopened its flagship Dusit Thani Bangkok hotel on September 27, 2024, as part of the landmark Dusit Central Park mixed-use development, which includes ultra-luxury residences (Dusit Residences and Dusit Parkside), an office tower, shopping mall, and roof park, driving over 100% growth in real estate development revenue through progressive unit transfers.
