- Juhayna Food Industries S.A.E. is an Egypt-based food and beverage manufacturing company principally engaged in the production, processing, packaging, and distribution of dairy products, fruit juices, and culinary ingredients, as well as agricultural farming and livestock management. The company operates through four core business segments: Dairy, Juice, Concentrates, and Agriculture and Livestock. Its systematic product portfolio includes packaged liquid milk comprising full-cream, semi-skimmed, skimmed, and flavored varieties marketed under the Juhayna and Bekhero brands; fermented and cultured dairy items including plain spoonable yogurt, Greek yogurt, drinkable yogurt under the Zabado brand, and cultured sour milk under the Rayeb brand; packaged 100 percent fruit juices, nectars, and fruit drinks under the Juhayna and Pure brand names; culinary dairy products including whipping cream, cooking cream, sour cream, and labneh marketed under the Happy Kitchen and Juhayna brands; industrial fruit concentrates and fruit purees; plant-based milk alternatives; and raw milk and agricultural produce generated from commercial dairy farming operations. Juhayna serves retail, modern trade, wholesale, and hospitality channels across Egypt through a proprietary nationwide distribution and cold-chain logistics network, while exporting goods to more than 60 international markets across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. In recent operational and strategic developments, Juhayna completed a comprehensive corporate consolidation by merging four of its major industrial subsidiaries—Egyptian Food Industries Company (Egyfood), Elmasreya for Dairy Products Company, El Marwa Food Industries, and International Company for Modern Food Industries (Eldawleya)—directly into the parent entity to optimize operational efficiency and integrate manufacturing capacity. The company has also expanded its product lineup through new value-added introductions such as specialty flavored Turkish Labneh and premium Greek yogurt formats, implemented high-speed automated packaging lines across its manufacturing facilities to boost output, scaled up export operations into Sub-Saharan African markets including Nigeria, and continued its strategic distribution alliance with multinational dairy producer Arla Foods via its commercial arm, Tiba for Trade and Distribution. Founded in 1983, Juhayna Food Industries S.A.E. is headquartered in Sheikh Zayed City, Giza, Egypt, and is listed on the Egyptian Exchange.
